Iridient Digital offers free technical support for our products. We will do our best to respond to any technical issues within 48 hours. If you feel a faster response is warranted please indicate this in your message and we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. We do not currently offer telephone support.

Note that all current versions of Iridient software no longer use serial numbers for registration. All current software uses a license file for registration and detailed, step by step instructions are provided in your license email.

Before contacting us by email we ask that you please take a look at the help manual that is available by choosing Iridient Developer/Transformer Help from the "Help" menu of the application. With some applications there are also now tutorials available on installation and opening images that can be accessed online by choosing "Tutorials..." from the Help menu. Checking for an update to your software is also advised as any problems you may be having may have been already fixed in the latest version. You can download the latest updates and get release notes for all our products from our products page.

Email Support. If you do not provide a valid email address, we will not be able to respond. Please be as specific as possible when describing any problems you are having and provide the name and version of the product you are using. This information can found by selecting "About" from the application menu. It is also very helpful if you can provide information about your system including the operating system (macOS or Windows) and version, type of processor and amount of memory. All this information can be found on a Mac by choosing "About This Mac" from the Apple menu in the top left corner of the menu bar. On Windows you can use the Windows key + R and enter "winver" and click the OK button.
