Iridient Digital offers free technical support for our products. We will do our best to respond to any technical issues within 48 hours. If you feel a faster response is warranted please indicate this in your message and we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. We do not currently offer telephone support.

Before contacting us by email we ask that you please take a look at the help manual that is available by choosing Iridient Developer Help from the "Help" menu of the program. There are also now tutorials available on installation and opening images that can be accessed online by choosing "Tutorials..." from the Help menu. Checking for an update to your software is also advised as any problems you may be having may have been already fixed in the latest version. You can download the latest updates and get release notes for all our products from our products page.

You may contact us using the form below or by email at support. If you do not provide a valid email address, we will not be able to respond. Please be as specific as possible when describing any problems you are having and provide the name and version of the product you are using. This information can found by selecting "About" from the application menu. It is also very helpful if you can provide information about your system including the Mac OS X version, type of processor and amount of memory. All this information can be found by choosing "About This Mac" from the Apple menu in the top left corner of the menu bar.
